Yesterday was great.
Met up with the lovelies for AFA course.
Finally, adult first aid for us.

Fun though!

During lunch,
we went army market.
&we saw ambulance, some paramedics.
So there was this man who fainted outside his stall.
They were doing compressions for him.
But apparently after 4-6mins,
they transported him to the hospital.



Later,
